Testimonials
”I have attended Portland Spanish lessons at the Spanish Language Center for a year now. I am particularly impressed with my teacher’s (Lourdes) expertise of English grammar and have mentioned to her that she could teach English at the college level. She makes learning the language fun and easy. “

”The Spanish classes I had taken at Step into Spanish Classes offered my own first experience of speaking Spanish in a classroom, and that made a tremendous difference in my ability to learn to communicate in Spanish. Bernardo, the founder/director of Step into Spanish Classes, was instrumental in making me feel comfortable enough to attempt speaking , and I was excited to speak a bit of Spanish without fear. But what was life changing for me was the energy and creative atmosphere of Step into Spanish Classes, and the warm community there.”
Elena Grecko, Portland, OH

”Step into Spanish Classes is wonderful community center which thrives on the diversity of the people it serves. At Step into Spanish Classes I met musicians, medical professionals, accountants, actors, writers- even a Rockette! The center is about so much more than the wonderful language classes it provides; it’s about creating community through communication.”
